Can I receive football updates without opening the app?

LiveScore can keep you updated with football matches, teams and players you follow without needing to regularly open the app and check the scores.

You can choose to receive push notifications for the match events that matter to you, including:

• Goals
• Goalscorers
• Assists
• Match start
• Match end
• Penalties
• Line-ups confirmed
• Red cards
• Yellow cards
• Start and end of each half
• Substitutions
• Corner kicks
• Match reminders
• Live Match Highlights
• Full-Time Match Highlights
• Match reports

To manage your alerts, tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the app, select Notifications, then choose the football alerts you want to receive.

For IOS users, you can also turn on Live Activities, which will show match updates for favourited matches on the Lock Screen to your device. Enabling you to keep track of live scores directly from your phone's lock screen without needing to open the LiveScore app.

You can switch Live Activities on or off from your notification preferences depending on whether you want live scores displayed there.

For more personalised updates, you can also follow your favourite teams and players and turn on notifications for the matches and events you want to hear about.
